Periodic Course Assignment

Ensuring sustainability in corporate training requires the automatic assignment of recurring trainings at specific intervals. Vedubox addresses this need with its periodic training assignment feature, enabling mandatory annual trainings to be delivered to users effortlessly and consistently.

Log in to the system as an admin, go to the Trainings module, and access the settings of the training you wish to assign periodically;

On the specified date and day, the same training will be automatically reassigned to all users enrolled in the course. Users who have not completed the initial version of the training must finish it before proceeding. For the newly assigned training, users are required to start from the beginning.

For example, let’s say your communication training includes a total of 5 modules. By January 1st, you have completed 4 modules but haven’t started the last one. On January 1st, the user will see two instances of the same training. The first training will resume from where it was left off, showing 4 out of 5 modules completed. The new training, however, will appear as a fresh course and must be started from scratch.

This process repeats on each specified date, eliminating the need to manually reassign trainings. In this way, you can automate the periodic reassignment of mandatory trainings, ensuring that users retake them at regular intervals with ease.
