SMS-Email-Message Settings

This article is about the SMS-Email-Message settings in the Administrator account.

 

After you log in to your administrator account, click on the Settings module.

 

From here you can set the payment information about the system from the Payment field in the Settings module.

 

Descriptions of the features;

The features provided are mostly about SMS and Email Notifications.

You can simply enable notifications for:

  • Web notifications.
  • Email notifications
    • Live meetings.
    • Canceled Live meetings.
    • Direct link to students.
    • For admins for new user registration.
    • Support ticket activity.
    • Q&A submission.
    • New exam (includes SMS).
    • For users on batch registration.
    • For users on a single registration.
  • SMS 
    • For users on batch registration.
    • For users on a single registration.
    • Show Cancellation Text at the end of the SMS ( cancellation of the subscription to the SMS messaging)

 

 

You can also use a standard email address for Replay, an E-mail Header Text, and an E-mail Footer Text which will be applied for all the generated emails.

 

 

You can use a Custom Smtp by enabling the "Custom Smtp Settings" option.

Provide the necessary information about the SMTP and then click "Save" to apply your settings.
