With your Vedubox teacher account, you can view the Reports about Courses and Students in your system in detail and download them to your computer as Excel.
Steps to view the reports :
After logging in with your Teacher system account, click on the reports module.
-Export as Excel file: You can export all reports you have viewed in Excel format by clicking the export button as shown below.
-Search: You can quickly view the information you want by searching in the report module you have selected from the search engine.
-Listing: By default, reports are listed with 15 views on a single page. You can increase the list view up to 100 on a single page by clicking the relevant field.

1- Course-Based Report
Under the general report, you can access 10 different types of reports such as Summary Report, General Report, Certificate of Achievement Report, Progress Report, Video Progress Report, Gradebook Report, Certificate of Attendance Report, Course Term Results Report, Resources Report, and Durations report about all students registered in your courses.
To view all types of the Course-Based Report, you must click on the "show more" button.
1.1 Summary Report
The summary report gives you information about the number of tests and number of users who succeeded in a selected course.
1.2 General Report
With the general report, you can check the number of passed courses for each user, the average of users' grades, and whether the user passed all the tests or not.
1.3 Certificate of Achievement
With the Certificate of Achievement Report, after selecting a course, you can view the certificate's issuing and expiration dates for all users.
1.4 Progress Report
With the progress report, you can select a course and view the content completion status of the users (Progress).
In this report, we see that there are 20 contents in the Physics course and Mahmut Yavuz has completed 9 of these contents.
1.5 Video Progress
With the video progress report, you can select a course and view the videos completion status for all users as a percentage under the Progress rate
1.6 Gradebook Report
With the Gradebook report, For each course selected you can view the Test/Quiz passing point, the average, the highest score they received, and how many times the users have taken the quiz.
1.7 Certificate of Attendance Report
With the Certificate of Attendance Report, you can view which users were entitled to receive a certificate of participation if the certificate was created, and on which date.
1.8 Course Term Results Report
With the course term results report, for each course selected you can view the average (mean), the total number of tests taken by each user, the total number of attempts to take the test, and the number of the test passed.
1.9 Resources Report
With the resource report, for each course selected, you can view the content title, duration, and completion as a percentage under the progress rate.
1.10 Durations
With the durations report, for each course selected, you can view the duration of any content within the course separately and you can also view the total time spent for each user.
2- Student / Student (Passive) Reports
For students report, there are two separate modules as Student (active) and Student (passive), both of them shows the same reports modules based on the student status selected.
The student report includes General Report and Live report
2.1 General Report
With the general report, for each course and user selected, you can view the achievement/attendance certificate status of the user, the test count, completion status of the user (Progress). You can also view the success status of all users, and the total number of users registered within the selected course (User count)
Note: The check sign means the user obtained the certificate.
You can view and add Notes for all users.
2.2 Live Report
With the live report, after selecting a course and a user, you can view information about the live session such as the date, title, course, and category.
2.3 Resource Follow Report
With the Resource Follow report, after selecting a course and a user, you can view information about the resources used in the selected course, such as the completion percentage, title of the resource, subject, and the date of viewing the resource.
