Reports Module for Administrator

Administrator accounts can access a variety of reports including all system users.

The following user roles and terms have the same functionality:

With Vedubox system administrator account, you can view all Reports in your system in detail and download them to your computer as Excel.

Steps to view all reports:

After logging in with your system administrator account, click on the reports module.

 

  • Export as Excel file: You can export all reports you have viewed in Excel format by clicking the export button as shown below.

  • Search: You can quickly view the information you want by searching in the report module you have selected from the search engine.

 

  • Listing: By default, reports are listed with 15 views on a single page. You can increase the list view up to 5000 on a single page by clicking the relevant field.

1- General Report

Under the general report, you can access 10 different types of reports such as Summary Report, Course Report, Course Detail Report, Custom Field Report, Email & Sms Report, User Report, Messaging Report, Live Lesson Ranking Report, Live Lesson Report, and Q&A report about all the users in the system.

To view all types of the general report, you must click on the "Show more" button.

 

1.1. Summary Report

The summary report gives you a pie chart that displays the number of users according to the system's active and passive user roles.

 

1.2. Course Report

The course report gives you information about the total courses number of each student and the number of courses passed. You can view the general status of all users in the system by sorting the list by the success rate of completion.

 

1.3 Course Detail Report

The course detail report gives you information on all the users enrolled in courses on your system, when they were enrolled, duration, and when they completed all the courses, etc.

 

1.4 Custom Field Report

Custom fields are the module where you can add additional information that you may request during the self-registration of students. You can request information such as parent information, blood group, and address about registration areas, either mandatory or optionally.

Note: If you do not allow an external user to self-register in the system, or if you do not have any extra questions you have created in the registration fields, this report will be empty.

 

1.5 Email & Sms Report

In the Email & Sms Report, you can view the phone number of users, and you can check whether the Email -Sms notification is activated or not.

Enabled means the notification is activated.

 

1.6 User Report

In the user report, you can view an overall evaluation report about the user in the system.

 

1.7 Messaging Report

the messaging report shows you information about Post time, sender name, and chat name.

 

1.8 Live Lesson Ranking Report

With the live lesson ranking report, you can view the total number of live lesson sessions and the total duration (Total Time) of the live lesson held by the instructors in the system so far.

 

1.9 Live Lesson Report

In the Live Training Report, you can get a detailed report on how many times the selected lesson was held in a certain date range, how many people attended the relevant training, and who attended.

 

1.10 Q&A Report

With the question and answer report, you can view which instructor asked how many questions via Q&A in the system.

You can also track whether the questions are answered as open records / closed records.

2- Catalog Subscription Based Report

In the catalog subscription-based report, you can get Summary Report and General Report regarding the membership periods in the system.

 

2.1 Summary Report

With the summary report, you can view the total number of the courses in the catalog subscription you have selected, the total number of users who are enrolled in the subscription, the number of users who have never started/are in progress/completed the catalog subscription.

 

2.2 General Report

With the general report, you can check the number of passed courses for each user, the average of user's grades registered in the catalog subscription, and the general education status

 

 

3- Course Based Report

You can access detailed reports about a course/training from the course-based report area. You can get Course Summary, Test Report, Certificate of Achievement, Certificate of Attendance, User Progress Report, Test Result Report, Course Term Results, Resource Report, Course Content Report, Status Report, Live Lesson Report, User Report.

 

3.1 Summary Report

With the summary report, you can view the number of people who have received the training, as well as the number of successful and unsuccessful people.

 

3.2 Test Report

With the test report, you can view the number of passed courses for each user, the average scores result, and a list of the success status from all tests.

 

3.3 Certificate of Achievement Report

With the Certificate of Achievement Report, you can view the issuing and the expiration dates of the certificate for all users, and from which course and category was the certificate received.

If the certificate has been given a validity period, you can view its validity date, and you can access the certificate by clicking the view button.

 

3.4 Certificate of Attendance Report

With the Certificate of Attendance Report, you can view which users were entitled to receive a certificate of participation if the certificate was created, and on which date.

If the certificate has been given a validity period, you can view its validity date, and you can access the certificate by clicking the view button.

 

3.5 Student Progress Report

With the student progress report, you can select a course and view the content completion status of the students.

In this report, we see that there are 35 contents in the Turkish course and Ahmet Yavuz has completed 22 of these contents.

 

3.6 Test Results Report

With the test result report, For each course selected you can view how many times the users have taken the tests in the course content, the highest score they received, and the test passing grade.

 

3.7 Course Term Results

With the course term result report, for each course selected you can view the total number of tests taken by each user, the total number of attempts to take the test, and the number of the test passed.

 

 

3.8 Resource Report

With the resource report, for each course selected, you can view the progress of the users in detail. You can also view the content title, start date, duration, and completion as a percentage of the progress rate.

 

3.9 Course Content Report

With the course content report, you can view the number of content used in a selected course. Each content type is listed separately and represented with a pie chart as shown below.

 

3.10 Status Report

With the status report, you can view the achievement/attendance certificate status of the users registered in the selected course. You can also view the educational status with the information:

(Completed - Not started - In progress).

 

3.11 Live Lesson Report

With the live lesson report, you can view the duration in a certain date range, on which day, at which time, and how many people attended. You can get detailed information about the participants by clicking the Attendance button.

General Report:

 

When the Attendance button is clicked:

In detail, you can view the join and leave time of the registered users to the live session and the duration of their stay. Users with 0 are users who are registered for the live session but didn't participate.

You can download the report as Excel to your computer by clicking the export button.

 

Detail Report:

With the Detail report, you can view the dates of participation, joining and leaving time, and duration of participation.

 

Ranking Report:

With the ranking report, in a selected date range, you can view the rank of the users based on how many live sessions they attended, the first and last login date, and the total time the users participated.

 

3.12 User Report

With the user report, you can view the branch, training start date, and certificate status of the users registered in the selected course.

 

 

4- Branch Based Report

Branch-based report module allows you to view;

the Package Details Report, Course Report, Course Detail Report, and Test Result Report.

You can also check the reports of different branches in the system and compare different branches with each other.

 

4.1 Package Details Report

With the package details report, in a selected branch, you can view the catalog subscription in which users are registered.

 

4.2 Course Report

With the course report, after selecting a branch, you can view the number of passed courses, total number of courses taken, and the seccess rate in percentage of each user.

 

4.3 Course Detail Report

With the course detail report, after selecting a branch, you can view detailed information about the courses such as the assigned training, assignment  date, date of completion and the duration in days.

 

4.4 Test Result Report

With the test result report, after selecting a branch, you can view detailed information about tests within a specific course, such as the test passing point, the average, the highest score, and the certificate status.

 

 

5- Student Based Report

With the student-based report, you can view information such as the Course Report, Course Detail Report of active/passive students in the system, and you can get a general Summary Report about all students.

 

5.1 Summary Report

With the summary report, you can view the number of active-passive students, the number of active trainers, the total number of courses and the total number of tests in the system.

 

5.2 Course Report

With the course report, you can first select active/passive student option and after you choose a student name, you can view the assignment date, course completion status and completion date of the course.

 

5.3 Course Detail Report

With the course detail report, you can first select active/passive student option and after you choose a student name, you can view the assigned content, resource type, completion status, and the duration in minutes.
