Added the ability to add a cover image for the event manager.
A setting has been added to allow users' comments to the course to be visible to other users.
"Course End Date Reminder" template type has been added to Notification Template settings. Users can be sent an email or notification about the remaining time for course a certain day before or on a certain date.
Users can upload images in response to open-ended questions.
Documents or images sent by users in response to open-ended questions can be downloaded by the instructor.
The appearance of the "Exempt Courses" and "Live" tabs in the reports accessed from the operations menu in the Users menu has been improved.

The documents added as course content can be updated.
Fixed the system administrator account being able to batch delete data in the forum area.
Corrected the output of the Logs/System Usage report.
