Zoom activation is required before assigning licenses to your instructors. Click the "Send Activation" button to send the instructor activation E-mail. After this process, the relevant instructor license status will be updated as "Activation Sent". After this process, a Zoom activation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the relevant instructor account.
This article describes the activation and licensing of purchased Zoom licenses and instructor accounts in the system.
In your system, instructor accounts must be licensed in order to conduct live course-meetings. You can follow the steps below to define your Zoom licenses to instructor accounts.
- Login to your system with your administrator account.
- Click on the live module.
- Click the Zoom Licenses button.
- On this screen, you can view the existing instructor accounts in the system. You can view your Zoom (Pro, Large Meeting, Business, Webinar) license numbers on this screen. You can track the number of licenses used and the number of available licenses.
- Zoom activation is required before assigning licenses to your instructors. Click the "Send Activation" button to send the instructor activation E-mail. After this process, the relevant instructor license status will be updated as "Activation Sent". In order to update the instructor account as licensed, it is necessary to perform the activation process sent to the e-mail address.
- Click on the three dots on the right side of the account to define a license for the account of the instructor who will plan the live meeting and course. Then click Update License.
- You can assign a license to the user. After assigning a license, the license status of the relevant instructor will be updated as "Licensed".
By using the filter on the license assignment page;
- All users
- Basic (Unlicensed)
- Licensed
- Pending Activation
- You can filter users who do not have a Zoom account.
