Creating a Quick Scheduling

With the Quick Scheduling, you can create quick meetings specific to all users in the system, specific to instructors according to their units, or users who receive certain courses, without the need to create/open a course with Admin, Instructor, User and  Manager accounts..

  • Login to the your system.

  • Click on the Live module.

  • Click on the "Quick Scheduling" option.

  • Fill in the required information on the page that opens.

  • After activating the "Private" option below, select the option you want to schedule a meeting from the "Live Lesson Custom Type" option. Then select the relevant option(s) and select "Save".

  • Your Quick Scheduling will be created successfully.

To activate the Quick Scheduling feature, you need to contact the support team.
